When Blogging Was Easy….
I remember a time when blogging was easy for me. Now a days it seems impossible for me to update this thing. I never have time and when I do have some time, it seems so hard to put all of my thoughts ona single blog. I started to write a post earlier this week and ended up deleting it all because I could not clear my mind and focus on what I wanted to say. So here’s just a quick update.
1. Priscilla is coming to the Cape this weekend
2. We hopefully will get approved by the homeowners association tomorrow
3. We will be moving to Estero next weekend (pending approval from #2)
4. I will be leading “worship” this weekend at all services, Saturday, 2 morning services on Sunday and Sunday night for youth
Pretty busy weekend. Which means next week is all about boxing, cleaning and then moving. Not to mention that the follwing weekend I have to clean and paint our place in the Cape before our lease is up. And finally, after all that is done, we are expecting Ella early February. I normally would be very anxious about all this, which I was last week, but God has given me great peace during this time and I pray and hope that it will continue these next couple of weeks.
I’ll end by asking, what has God been teaching you lately? What scriptures is He speaking to you through? Please comment. Thanks!

Well. I also remember a time when blogging was easy for you and that’s when you had a corporate job doing the same ole thing all day. You now have a “real” job. And A LOT of new responsibilities. So give your self a break.
Anyway. I’m very happy that you are at peace considering the crazy upcoming weekends. I will pray that you continue to have peace. Very proud of you.
And you know what God scriptures I’m reading. I shared that with you last night.
And lastly, have fun leading this weekend. We all know you will do a great job….

I feel the same way sometimes when blogging. but sometimes i dont know what to write cause yours and jessica’s seems so fascinating!
lol. ty for all the updates you both give. They are both encouraging and funny.. i love reading them.
I am reading Genesis now. I am trying to read it as a means to an end (i.e to know Him). not just to know about the bible as i think i have done so much before…
About your question what scriptures has he been speaking to me, I’d have to sat that lately I’ve been focusing on Ephesians 6:10-18, the Armor of God. Reading it evey night has allowed me to sleep better and not wake up anxious or fearing anything.
Besides that since we’re studying 1 John , the things that have stood out from it are , not loving this world and the things of it and how we can so easily be caught up in them, and loving one another (since I’ having a hard time with that issue with Fidel)
